ABOUT
Focus on Practice Meetings are designed to focus on burning everyday issues of our members, showcase practices, and foster the sharing of experiences. They are open for any professional from member companies who have a strategic responsibility for people and organizational capability development.
Meetings start with an optional social dinner and last the entire following day. Material shown or produced during the meetings are available in the archive section of the ECLF member zone.
PROGRAM
Our 8th FOP meeting will take place at the new headquarters of Intesa Sanpaolo in Turin – an internationally recognized architectural masterpiece by Renzo Piano (more about the building here). An entire floor of this 166m high structure, which Piano calls “an environmental and social laboratory” is dedicated to learning and innovation.
Thanks to the generosity of our members Roberto Battaglia and Renato Dorrucci we will have the opportunity to experience this space and dig deeper into the remarkable innovation and learning practice of Intesa Sanpaolo, which – among other things - creatively leverages the regions start-up culture to drive the digital transformation of the bank and the financial industry at large.
