FOP meeting 2018

10th Focus on Practice Meeting

Collaboration 2.0 – Knowledge Management and Cultural Change in the Context of Digital Transformation

February 1-2, 2018

Otto Group HQ
Hamburg

ABOUT

With its 123 major companies and a presence in more than 30 countries across 4 continents, Otto Group has always put an emphasis to create a highly networked organization that allows for a constructive balance between corporate governance and the diverse needs of businesses and regions. As a major player in the massively disruptive retail sector, the company went early through massive digital transformation processes, leading to a unique strategy for future growth.

Managing the transition from a paper based mail order organization towards a fully digital retail group requires massive cross-boundary collaboration - a topic that will be seamlessly connecting with the theme of our recent annual summit.

PROGRAM

Our 10th Focus on Practice meeting will provide insights on how to use collaboration to initiate, push and manage cultural change and digital transformation in a big organization, with special emphasis on cross-boundary knowledge management.

We particularly will discuss:

  • What kind of platforms are helpful

  • What kind of communication is needed

  • What kind of cultural change process is necessary

  • What role does knowledge management play in this context

As always at our FOP meetings, we will deep-dive into  the experiences of our host and compare them with practices and ideas from other ECLF companies.

Please REGISTER by November 30, 2017 by obtaining a "ticket" via eventbrite.
