Mission/Objective

Explore and share practices for developing effective and efficient learning ecosystems and create a playbook for practitioners that outlines what it takes to get there.

 

Criteria for Participation

  • open for members and non-members
  • PLEASE NOTE: To assure a balance of give and take, participation is limited to companies who are seriously interested in the subject and can ideally also contribute to the topic.
     

Time Frame

November 2020 - February 2021

 

Format

Self-organized Squad group, going through a designed sprint of activities.

4-5 virtual meetings 1 - 1.5 hours each
During each meeting, companies present their approach/experiences/research results

 

Output

To capture contributions and discussions, all meetings will be recorded. A final synthesis will summarize insights – to be shared with the ECLF community, possibly published as a white paper.

As the work of the MIG progresses, presentations and video recordings of the sessions will be available in the ECLF Archive section (members only).
