ECLF virtual Round Tables feature a carefully curated group of 3-5 panelists who will share their perspectives and experiences on issues that are relevant to the future of Transformational Learning.

The panels typically consist of ECLF members, and their composition changes depending on the topic we discuss. Occasionally we invite an external thought leader to spark the conversation.

The sessions are open for interested employees of all ECLF member companies as well as for invited guests. ECLF members have the opportunity to join the panel via an "empty chair" and participate in direct conversation with the panelists.

PROGRAM

Our upcoming Round Table will focus on the emerging role of Artificial Intelligence in the context of Corporate Learning. As digital transformation dynamics trigger massive workforce transformation, large organizations are challenged with the design of quickly scalable learning architectures that allow for highly personalized, just-in-time learning.

Infosys and Siemens - both tech-heavy organizations with a significant headcount of employees - have been leaders in exploring how to leverage AI and ML for this purpose. Their global heads of Learning will be joined in conversation by Professor Tom Davenport, a world-renowned thought leader whose latest book "The AI Advantage: How to put the Artificial Intelligence Revolution to Work" is a perfect fit with our topic.

Matching Practice leaders from two globally recognized corporations with one of the most accomplished thought leaders in the field, this ECLF/CFFO Roundtable will share and discuss approaches and experiences with AI-based solutions in large-scale organizational contexts.
