ABOUT
While we had hoped that we would be able to see each other for real by this time, the unpredictable course of the pandemic has forced us to turn our traditional FOP meeting into a virtual event. We will use the same format as last fall’s virtual summit – a series of weekly zoom sessions, this time with a focus on practical experiences and projects from various companies.
Based on the small poll we did earlier this year, we chose the umbrella topic Designing Learning Ecosystems, with special emphasis on how to best support learner-driven learning and scale upskilling and reskilling across large organizations.
PROGRAM
We will kick-off our series of virtual sessions on Thursday, March 18 with our traditional member exchange to allow time for catching up and for better understanding how you relate to this topic in the context of your organization.
We have then planned for a number of deep-dive sessions featuring specific practices from major corporations such as Daimler, IBM, Roche, Allianz, SAP, and UBS, who have agreed to share their experiences.
All sessions will take place on zoom every Thursday at 5 pm CET (11 am ET | 8 am PT).
Some highlights of the agenda include
- The Upskilling and Reskilling Challenge
Elizebeth Varghese, Global Leader Talent and HR Strategy Reinvention, IBM) - Creating a Passion for Learning at Scale
Tony White, Chief Learning Officer, Allianz Group) - A Learning Ecosystem for the Extended Enterprise - The Case of SAP
Thomas Jenewein, Digital Ambassador, SAP Training and Enablement) - Shaping the Automotive Transformation Amidst a Pandemic
Kathrin Dueber, Senior Manager Culture and Learning & Markus Rettich, Manager Top Leadership programs, | Daimler AG - Executive Conversation: Design Challenges of Learning Ecosystems
Oliver Amrein, Head Executive Development, UBS | Detlef Hold, Head of Digital Learning Experience, Roche
